Troubleshooting checklist

Web part not appearing in the gallery?

  • Confirm Process Planner is installed in your tenant’s App Catalog
  • Check the .sppkg was approved and deployed tenant-wide
  • If you added the app to a single site, you don’t need to re-add it per site once it’s tenant-wide

Template applied but the list looks empty?

  • Templates add columns; existing items keep their values, including blank ones. If your list was empty before, applying a template doesn’t add rows.
  • Use the New button on the board to add the first card; the lane value pre-fills from whichever lane you create from.

Licence validation error?

  • Ensure your SaaS subscription is active in the marketplace
  • Check the tenant ID matches the subscription
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we can help diagnose

Multi-source board missing items from one of the lists?

  • Open the property pane and check the Data Sources page; a failed source is flagged with a warning and a Retry button
  • The most common cause is a permissions change on the source list after it was added; ask a site owner to confirm your access
  • Items from successful sources still display, so a partial board is informative even when one source is offline
