The product, in one paragraph
Process Planner is a SharePoint Framework web part that turns multi-stage SharePoint lists into a kanban board you can actually run a process on. Board and List views, drag-and-drop between stages, item creation and editing inline, full search and filter, and multi-list aggregation across sites so a programme office can roll multiple project lists into a single view. Configuration sits in the standard SharePoint web part properties pane.
Behind the obvious surface are the things that make a busy board behave: virtual scrolling so a thousand-card view stays responsive, optimistic UI updates with automatic rollback, ETag concurrency to catch the case where two users edit the same item, and an offline queue for field staff on patchy networks.

From Aardvark to Process Planner
Process Planner is the relaunch of Aardvark, our Microsoft Teams app for stage-based work. Aardvark ran for several years and proved the core thesis: teams already have the data, they just need a board view. What Aardvark could not do, Process Planner now does: live natively on SharePoint pages, unify lists across sites, ship with 30+ business templates instead of one, and stay fast on boards with thousands of items.
If your team used Aardvark, your existing SharePoint lists are unchanged. Process Planner reads them in place. See the Updates page for the full migration notes.
