Two ways to subscribe
Microsoft Marketplace
Per-user, per-month subscription via the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Recommended; sits alongside the rest of your M365 billing.
Invoice-based subscription
If marketplace billing isn’t an option for your organisation, JFDI can arrange a traditional invoice-based subscription. Contact us to discuss.
Free tier and trial
Process Planner ships with a Free tier on the Microsoft Marketplace and includes a 30-day Enterprise trial by default, providing full access to every feature out of the box. Use this to evaluate multi-source boards, the offline queue, and per-lane field overrides before deciding on a tier.
Goodwill bonus: customers who subscribe to a Standard or Enterprise plan within the trial window receive an additional 30 days added to their first billing period, giving 60 days of full feature access in total.
Use cases
Customer-facing teams
Sales pipelines, partner engagement, tender response, marketing campaigns. The board carries the conversation between stages.
People processes
Onboarding new staff and running training programmes. The same checklist, repeatable for every joiner or learner.
Project and content delivery
Programme intake and tracking. Content production from brief to publish. Multi-source roll-up across project lists.
Quality and operations
Compliance reviews, SOP sign-offs, asset management. Auditable cycles where a missed stage costs more than a slow one.
